Nalgene or Sigg-type water bottle with screw-top lid
Mask, fins and snorkel plus hauling bag
Sun screen for body, face and lips
Plastic bags for wet clothes
Swimsuits
Shorts*
Pair or two of long pants* no jeans

Sandals – with straps work best

* - non-cotton is best for Rainforest as wet weather and humid conditions make cotton cloth difficult to dry.

Mosquito Netting On the Caye, windows are not screened and if the wind is calm or low or the weather is wet, biting insects can be a problem.
